I’ve been a busy lady lately. Besides traveling to Dallas to visit some cute niece and a nephew, Luke traveling for work, training for a half-marathon, the normal mom gig, and Evolving Mommy gig I’ve been making regular appearances in fun places too. I do share some of these extra lovely things on the Evolving Mommy facebook page or on Twitter, but just in case you don’t follow us in those places yet- (don’t worry I’ll wait a minute so you can go follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Why not click over and follow me on G+, Instagram, and Pinterest too?)- I’ll round up some of the goodies from the past while and share them here.
In the mean time check out my new ‘do. The stylist told me I’m working towards long layers. Yes, I let her tell me what to do.
Here is some of what you might have missed, just in case you missed it…
I’ve been moonlighting over at Mommy Needs A Break and shouting my love of the Target Dollar Spot from the rooftops. A little organizational nudge from the bins of the Dollar spot and a pretty sharp Valentine’s Day card idea, if I do say so myself. I’m so punny!
In my usual Monday time slot over on The Right Start Blog, we’ve been talking about a variety of parenting topics. Such things as debating the old thumb vs. pacifier debate, tips to raise a reader by getting started when your child is a baby, and swaddling newborns. I even spilled milk on my own counter just to help illustrate how spilled milk makes me feel. I also covered a topic close to my heart. How do you know when you are done having children?
Madeline and I showed off our cooking prowess- and our kitchen- over on the Little Partners Blog. Easy- at yummy- Spinach and Chicken Lasagna Roll-ups and time spent with my girl, what could be better?
We’ve just finished up making more valentines- in both variety and number- than I thought humanly possible in the Evolving Mommy household. Now that we’re recovering from her heart hangover we’re setting our sights on warmer weather and more fun. The good times roll on here at Evolving Mommy. Spring is coming! Spring is coming! And we have a bunch of fun party planning, home decorating, recipes, and fitness talk coming your way! Plus, much much more.
What have you been up to?
