New babies are so sweet and adorable. They’re also tiring, but mostly sweet and adorable. I’m the sort of mom who likes to shout that sweetness from the rooftops – which is obvious if you follow me on Instagram or Twitter or are friends with me on Facebook. I just can’t help it these cute little toes are too perfect not to share. Having a smart phone makes sharing snap shots easy, which I’m pretty sure my mother loves.
With a photographer for a husband I’m pretty lucky to have amazing pictures of my children at my disposal, so why not share those too? We didn’t send out birth announcements for Maddy – although we did send out simple photo Christmas cards. Simple as in a printed family photo stuck in a card. Now that I’ve seen how great Delaney’s birth announcements turned out I am kicking myself for not doing something more official for my first born.
We ordered Delaney’s baby announcements from Paper Culture and man are they cute. Luke designed them and surprised me with the card and picture choice. I love them. They’re clean, modern and bold and not so cutesie cutesie all while still featuring one very cute little baby. The paper is thick and high quality and the picture is clear and crisp, just as Luke took it. I love the little box they arrived in and that the cards and envelopes are made from 100% post consumer recycled paper. Plus, a tree was planted with our order. Eco-friendly and cute cute cute to boot.
I love that sweet little baby, even if she wakes me up in the middle of the night. I’m glad I get to send her cuteness into the mailboxes of family and friends. This way they get some of her sweetness without missing out on any sleep. I’m thoughtful like that.
Have you sent baby announcements for your kiddos?
*I received a portion of our announcements free of charge through Paper Culture and Global Influence in order to complete this review. All thoughts and opinions are mine.*
