Apples and tuna separately are almost always a hit no matter how I serve them up so I thought to myself, “Self, you shoul make lunch with tuna and apple together!” I’m glad I listen to myself because not only did Maddy love this lunch so did I.
What’s on the plate
- Whole wheat tortilla filled with thinly sliced apple, tuna, and white sharp cheddar.
- Edamame

Yum Yum Yum.
Except I don’t like tuna.
But I do love quesadillas, so I’m just imaging my own ingredients.
We always make our tuna sandwiches with apples, gala or pink lady is best, then mayo, and a hint of ranch, and a hint of mustard, gives it a better flavor. These look yummy.
