I don’t know about you, but quesadillas and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a guaranteed hit in my house. So of course Maddy was thrilled when I introduced the quesadilla to the peanut butter and jelly sandwich she was able to eat their baby, peanut butter and jelly-dilla, for lunch. It’s a win!
What’s on the plate: Peanut Butter and Jelly-dilla
- A whole wheat tortilla spread with natural peanut butter and homemade apricot jam (Thanks of the jam Grams!)
- Half a banana (is it just me or do bananas go over better when they are served in a slightly different way in your house too?)
- Yogurt topped with a sprinkling of homemade granola

Lunch looks so deliciously healthy. I spread peanut butter on whole wheat pita bread and cut them into triangles, my kids love them and they’re so easy to pack for on the go treats.
