It’s National Peanut Butter Day! We loves the peanut butters in this house. We work through about a jar of peanut butter a week. I don’t know if I should be proud or embarrassed by this but it is what it is. I prefer crunchy, Madeline prefers creamy and Luke prefers whatever he can get his hands on first. In Celebration of National Peanut Butter Day I searched the recesses of the Evolving Mommy archives to bring to you some of the Evolving Mommy Household’s favorite peanut butter recipes.
Luke rejoices every time Thai Peanut Chicken makes it onto the weeks dinner menu.
Maddy rejoices every time Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes make it onto her plate.
We all rejoice when I make Nutty Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola Bars. They’re yummy and taste like a treat.
You’ll rejoice when you try these melt in your mouth Small Batch Peanut Butter Pecan Cookies.
Looking back through recipes using peanut butter makes me feel like breaking out a jar of natural peanut butter and cooking something delicious. Or at the very least snacking on a on peanut butter with whole wheat pretzels or a banana. Or maybe just a spoonful of peanut butter.
