What wife and mother wouldn’t love to have a 10 minute meal in their repertoire that isn’t grilled cheese and canned soup? I love to hang out in my kitchen cooking, but there are days that a quick and healthy meal are nice. Everyone needs a break sometime right? Well this pasta sauce is quick, easy, and inexpensive. Not to mention that you can most likely find all of these ingredients already in your kitchen any day of the week.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup diced tomato (or 1 can chopped tomato drained)
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
6 oz can tuna, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
