I like taking the flavors of a particular meal and using them to make something completely different. I like using kabob skrewers. I like this white plate. I guess you could say I liked this lunch and so did Maddy.
What’s on the plate:
- Cheese cut into chunks, turkey pepperoni, chunks of fresh tomato, and homemade rosemary focaccia bread on a skewer
- Pear slices
- Mini-broccoli florets
