It all started with Monkey, she loves to play in this cupboard. It only has a couple Crock Pots, a few bags of flour and a handful of other things in it so there is plenty of room for her to climb in and play. I honestly don’t mind because it keeps her busy while I try to make dinner or clean up after lunch time.
So she was playing in the cupboard and having a good time when, Luke decided to try to fit himself into the cupboard. Some of you reading this will not be surprised, because this is totally in line with my silly Hubby’s personality. Well, as you can see below, he fit…with some help. I had to twist and turn his feet to get them into the cupboard and we had to pull the drawers out so there would be room for his head and knees.
In and effort to show up my darling Luke, I decided to give it a shot. See how nicely I fit in the cupboard…with all the drawers and doors shut too! I am thinking about making this unassuming kitchen cupboard into our panic room…Monkey and I can fit in there together, and no one would think to look for us here, I could also stock the shelves with food, and books, a flash light and maybe a pillow…this idea is getting better and better.
Okay so we are a weird family. I mean who spends their evenings trying to see who can fit into the kitchen cupboard next to the refrigerator. We are thinking about making this our test to gauge if we are gaining to much weight, instead of a scale or even a mirror…you know “Oh crap! I can’t get all the way into the cupboard, I think its time to cut back on the cookies!” Or “Damn, my butts to big to get through the cupboard door, I should go for a run.”
