We are in heart mode around the Evolving Mommy household. Valentine’s Day is on our mind. Since Maddy is old enough to love gift giving. She also loves making things for people.
She had grand plans of mailing these adorable flowers to everyone she could think of. Trust me the list was long. I’m not sure how she thought the flowers could be mailed without getting smashed but her enthusiasm was adorable. So we made flowers, and lots of them at that.
The grand gift giving plans all changed once Luke pulled out a cup to get a few pictures of them in a “vase” and Maddy was overtaken with her homemade flower arrangements beauty. She promptly announced she would be taking her flowers to her room and keeping them there. Just know she thought of you.
These little heart flowers be neat non-sugar add-ons for school Valentine’s, gifts for adoring grandparents, or as Maddy has chosen, a colorful room decoration. The supplies are simple and the rules are loose. The rules are, glue the hearts together to make whatever kind of beautiful flowers you can imagine.
