For a while I bought individual yogurts in cups. But a little math and a few shocking glances at the sugar content in even he lowest fruit flavored yogurt and I switched us to bulk yogurt. I’d buy one tub of plain and one tub of vanilla then we would do half a fancy half and half mixture saving us money, and loads of sugar everyday. Recently I sort of stopped buying the vanilla yogurt. I did not consult my family about this switch, I just did it. Ya know what? They haven’t seemed to notice or care so I think we are a plain yogurt kind of family. Who needs fruit flavored yogurt with grams upon grams of sugar when you can have plain yogurt with fresh fruit, granola, nuts or all three? Layering yogurt with fruit, nuts and more is quite a delicious kid-friendly lunch, breakfast, snack or even dinner.
