We love making breakfast for dinner. Usually we make extra and so Luke can take a quick an hearty breakfast to work later in the week. I sneaked a little of Luke’s stash of leftovers and made Maddy a yummy lunch. I’m not gonna lie. It was delicious. Eggs. They’re not just for breakfast.
What’s on the plate:
- Egg, potato, chorizo and shredded cheddar cheese in a whole grain tortilla
- Kiwi
- Cantaloupe

I love how you do lunch for Maddy. Would you be willing to write me a guest post for a feature I do at a site about kids in the kitchen and healthy eating? Its called Multiples in the Kitchen and I know you don’t have multiples but your good food choices for lunch are good for all kids, multiples and not.
