I would like to preface this post by saying that I am generally much tougher than Luke when it comes to somethings…this time however I was a total girly, coward, scaredy cat…
Wednesday are my day for freedom…for escape…I get the car so we get to leave the house! I really enjoy Wednesday’s. We leave the house early in the morning to take Luke to work, then we set off to run random errands, go to playgroup, stop by Sunflower Markets Double Ad Wednesday, and so on until we go pick up Luke and head home for the night.
Well, last Wednesaday was a normal Wednesday for Monkey and I and around 6:00 we pulled up outside Luke’s work. He was the last one in the office and trying to fix a problem for one of the companies customers. At first we waited in the car but once Monkey started throwing the apple slices I was giving her around the backseat instead of eating them we decided to go inside and wait for Luke. We waited …and waited…and waited until a little after 7:00.
When we finally went inside I walked to the passengerside of the car and started to load Luke’s things into the back, all the while looking fo those peices of apple Monkey had thrown around the car and that is when something caught my attention. There was this huge thing hanging from the edge of her carseat. It took me a second to figure out what it was…. as my stomach turnned and I got the creepy crawlies I yelled…
